Booking process

Easy booking

Choose and book your adventure or activity. You can do it online via the TIA-HUB website, making an order through the reception of your hotel or manually by contacting us via phone or messenger.

Confirmation

Our manager will contact you within 5-20 minutes to discuss the details of your booking and to answer all your questions. We then will confirm your order.

Payment

Our manager will be in touch to arrange pre-payment. We offer payment via Credit card, bank transfer, cash on arrival or billing through your hotel.

Enjoy your adventure! And do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance. We're here 24/7 to make sure you leave with the best experiences.

We fluently speak English, German, and a little bit of Russian as well.
